Development of AI/IoT Based intelligent Irrigation System for Field Crops
A micro controller based smart irrigation system has been developed which could be operated with input data from soil moisture sensor and cloud rainfall forecasting data.
The aforesaid AI/IoT based intelligent irrigation system could save 11.4 to 22.7% of water as compared to ET based irrigation scheduling in maize crop.
